Needed a refill for my inhaler so I could take home with me for the holidays. They had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. Quick and friendly staff!
I work in health insurance, so I was not excited to visit urgent care after hearing such horror stories. This place was nothing like I thought urgent care would be. This facility was so nice, and the staff was so friendly. I was in and out within 30 min. The nurse, Yolanda, was incredibly patient with me despite my body's resistance to throat swabs. She was a trooper though and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be back in the future if I need to go.
Seriously the best experience I've ever had with an urgent care center before. They opened at 8:00 and I assumed that getting there at 8:30 would put me behind a huge line of people, but there was only one person ahead of me. The staff was friendly and professional, and Dr. Tumlinson was very attentive and I didn't feel rushed at all. I was in and out in less time than I would have been if my PCP had tried to work me in. I will most definitely return in the future if I need an urgent care center again. Excellent experience.
Worse place I've been!! Went in for allergy eyes and Doctor so young and inexperienced didn't even examine me at all! Want to send me for test I told her I had less an 6 months ago!! Finally left! Total waste of my time!!
