RecommendedHad to head there today for a Covid test. It was quite a wait but well worth it. Everyone was so kind.

Replace the current medical director... No issues with office or support staff. And Physician's Assistants. All very courteous and professional. Very concerned about the competency, subject matter expertise, and quality of a doctor who counters a PA's decision WITHOUT the benefit of talking to the patient; just what the PA reports back. Very disappointed. Will never return. And will file a formal quality of care grievance against doctor.
I visited MedExpress Urgent Care this week for a knife cut on my finger that needed stitches . I arrived just before closing and to my surprise was not turned away. Everyone there was so welcoming and reassuring to me. Elizabeth was so kind and gave me my stitches and Marie came in and gave my Tetanus shot. These two women were so kind and so professional! I recommend everyone if you are in need of their services do not hesitate. You will be greeted with a smile and a lot of compassion!
went there 3x. I had a good experience with an MD who helped me. He gave me medication, that I knew would work from past experiences. The other times I saw PA's for the same problem. They would not give me the anti biotics and steroids I needed. They caused me so much suffering and pain, I had to have emergency procedure at an ear specialist. He could not believe what they did. I will never go back.

Staff are very observant and helpful. Dr Green is phenomenal!
I went to pick up my mother's X-ray pictures went in there it took me 10 minutes for anybody to even acknowledge me then the reception is came up real snotty and said what do you want and I explained to her and she goes did you call and I said no because we got sent right over to the doctors because was going to be a while because the X-ray tech is busy and I was like it better not big and then she went in the back and said she didn't call I had and I said yes that's right because they sent a straight to the doctor's office ... read more
The staff was incredibly nice. The doctor, although friendly and nice , didn't listen or try to understand my symptoms at all. He did a whole lot of talking and almost no listening at all. I was treated like a hypochondriac and not helped at all. The ironic thing is I'm the exact opposite of a hypochondriac. I avoid doctors like the plague, don't even have a family physician, and use urgent care about once every 5 or 6 years if it's something I can't find a natural cure for.
