did not care for the last time how I was treated what so ever dont think I'll be going back everytime they would put me In room it would take almost 45 minutes before I was even seen

Use trending reports for high vs low visitation time and staff appropriately. Also, if there is a triage vs non-triage queue segregate the waiting area so that it doesnt look like people are being taken ahead of others who have been waiting longer. I waited 45 minutes just to get to the insurance review /paperwork part of the journey. unacceptable.
They Missed Diagnosed Me Twice.
was treated well on Saturday. Didn't take long either. The doctor was nice too. The doctor name is Dr. Haynes.
Very very slow. Waited almost an hour for a drug test for my new job. Shouldn’t be named express when they take forever.
Staff sucks takes for ever to get seen
“Express”? I’ve been waiting over an hour & a half now to be seen and still waiting. It’s not even busy with only a handful of people here.
The absolute worst... 2.5 hours and still have yet to be seen! Express?! What a joke. Employees are lounged in chairs on their phones.
