They need to get drs that actually know what they are doing. Multiple times I myself have been misdiagnosed but the last straw was when they said their radiologist said my 9 year old had 2 fractured ribs and possibly a punctured lung and wanted us to ambulance him to the closest trauma center. All of his vitals were perfect, he had no chest pain or breathing trouble. RecommendedWith everything shut down due to the Corona virus, my doctors appointments were cancelled or put on hold. I decided to go to MedExpress for an option. I have 46 years of nursing experience and can be "fussy",about my medical care. From the minute I walked in the door, the staff was so kind and caring. The male xray tech, Seth, I believe, was an angel. I was examined by Dr. Cummings, who was very thorough, kind and knowledgeable. Very grateful for their care and kindness.
They were professional and saw all patients in a timely manner! Great service! The downs friendly and compassionate.
wait time with minimal other patients is unacceptable... wish there was another option

after every visit....months later we get bills for low dollar amounts, after paying full co-pays. Now i get a collection notice for $10! maybe you could try calling a person 1st!!! Seems they just wanna nickel and dime a person to death!
