I just came to Medexpress on nine mile road at 720 pm and was turned away for a drug screening because they were “running behind”. That’s very unprofessional especially since your clinic is open until 8. In any other establishment as long as you’re there before closing then service can’t be refused. Horrible customer service.

Horrible first time experience, go in there to see the doctor. Check in at the front desk, and get called back to a patient room within 15 minutes. The nurse tells me the doctor will be in shortly to see me. I wait in the patient room for over an hour and never see anyone. I walked back out there and tell the nurse that I’m leaving that I’ve been waiting for more than an hour to be seen. She advises me they had some emergencies. I brought my 3 year old for a suspected ear infection. The staff was friendly and very accommodating for a sick toddler. We saw the nurse practitioner Cathy. She was fantastic coming in the room right behind us from triage checking him out! We left with Meds and care instructions within 30 minutes! I would recommend to anyone.
