I used to recommend MedExpress for urgent care without hesitation. But one specific physician. - Catherine Northrop - is about as cold and heartless as they come - horrible bedside manner. Avoid her like you’d avoid the latest virus.

Terrible service. We were told to come to this location after visiting the E Nine Mile Road location because my daughter had a fever and a cough and because of those 2 generic symptoms, we were told that we had to go to a Covid testing MedExpress. When we got to this location, we were told they weren’t seeing children in general. My daughter wound up being seen at her PCP 24 hours later and diagnosed with the flu. 2 hours later and still just saw the RN just to be told to get some over the counter meds. 😐😐😐 ugh this is why I just have a thing about going to the Dr. anyways tbh rather just keep riding it out at home smh
