I will never go back to this place. After waiting for 2 hours, I was seen by a nurse practitioner for all of 2 minutes and told there was nothing he could do except give me antibiotics. I did not need them, apparently, but that was quicker than actually treating the condition I was presenting with, which would have taken 15 to 20 minutes and required getting sterile surgical supplies set up. 4. 5 stars They are very professional and attentive! Dr VanPutten & nurses are great. But front desk checking Clerk she is very slow. When there are sick patients checking in she needs to learn to expedite serve so there is less risk for spreading infection to other.
I'm thankful the waiting area was quiet. the staff was so sweet and sensitive. the nurse and the doctor were very attentive and gentle for me being there and feeling like crap. the hours were great because the other Urgent Care were closed on Sundays. and conveniently I was able to get my meds there too.
I've been there twice in the last two years and both experiences were very positive ! I appreciate them being there .
This was my second examination at this walk in clinic and again I was very impressed with Dr. Robin Longley, MD. She was very thorough. My pain level was way over 10 when I went to your office and yesterday and today I feel great! Thank you to your staff and Dr. Longley, I wish you much continued success. Thank you for making me well right away. Thank you very much.
