Went in for pins and needles feeling type pain in my body, head pressure, and body aches.... nurse practitioner kept mentioning my cough, a cough, and I kept sharing that I didn’t have a cough and re-explaining my symptoms and you could clearly tell he was just making up diagnoses and trying to tie it back to a cough of some sort. I didn’t feel treated. I sat in pain for 2 1/2 hours and he prescribed me these medicines and didn’t explain what they were or why he was prescribing me them. We happened to get in at a great time and didn't have to wait long to be seen. The initial staff was very pleasant and had a great bedside manner. However the female doctor that we saw seemed as if she was in a rush to get out of the room. Her bedside manner was not very pleasant. Overall experience there was great and we would return
I took my son there because he hurt his ankle and the place was very clean. Everyone was very helpful and nice. They got us in and out.
If you are thinking about using this urgent care center... DON'T. They gave me a prescription for augmentin and it didn't treat my upper respiratory infection. Same symptoms for another 9 days now... I've called them twice and the physician refuses to write me another prescription for a different antibiotic without me being seen. But they want me to pay again to be seen.... I've never had to use Med Express. I've always used Centra Care but with my insurance change I have no choice but to use Med Express. Med Express is just... read more
This place wants to charge us again to remove 5 stitches that they put on my husbands pinky finger that they say he needed! Seriously? This is ridiculous and why the healthcare system is broken! That is always a follow up included fee from the first initial visit! Robbing customers blind for something that will literally take 2 seconds! This is very poor healthcare service and not acceptable!
They take care me fast and treatme with the right meds. I like them very profecional. I recommend this place 100%
