Today at 8:12 in the morning, I walk in four people sitting and one at the intake. She says to me have a seat, I will be with you when I can, with attitude. If you cant handle 6 people, get a clipboard like every other doctors office!
Went in yesterday & it was a little busy, but only waited like 50 min. Was seen by the nurse & then into an exam room. The doc was a big jovial guy that just relaxed me from the get-go. I thought that my thumb was fractured, but just a bad case of tendinitis. He splinted it up & I was out of there. Wonderful experience & great staff!!!!
the service is usually less than an hour. very nice doctors and staff
Women at front desk wasn’t friendly wasn’t crazy about the doctor even though he was nice. Would try another place next time.
Went there for a workman's comp knee injury. They were extremely kind, concerned and professional. Dr. Santorini (SP) was wonderful. Patient and helpful. Xray tech and intake nurse were very sweet and concerned. Front desk staff were great and polite. I recommend this place.👍👍👍👍👍👍
First time going here, Receptionists were nice, nurses were great but the doctor was very rude... went in for back pain, hurts to walk & all she cared about was getting me out... told me that she is not a specialist and asked me why I was there... proceeded to tell me to exercise & lose weight... will never go back to med express again!!!
