I took my son in tonight and I was treated rudely by the lady. I will never go bad again.
RecommendedEven though they were very busy on a Sunday morning, they moved us though quickly and were very helpful when my son tested positive for Flu B. Thankful to have them in GI.
The visist was horrible. Which to me is weird because any other time we have been there we havent had any problems till yesterday . Took my 2 sick children there to see what they were sick with. Was told that they dont do RSV testing there and the doctor told us that since she didnt think it was the flu they weren't testing for it. We ended up having to take them to the Emergency Room later that evening and BOTH of them tested positive for RSV. My son has Asthma the flu and RSV are dangerous to start with but you add asthma ... read more
they charged me $300.... all they did was take my temp, blood pressure, and cotton swab throat on a quick strep test which came back negative and then after going to my actual doctor turned out to be positive. absolutely ridiculous....
Go in to have a laceration fixed above my daughters eyebrow and they couldn’t help her because nobody had the proper access to their locked cabinet that had dermabond and other items. Why do your providers not have the proper access to things in your clinic??? IT IS SKIN GLUE!!! Thought we would save time instead of sitting in the ER. Boy was I wrong. I had a wonderful experience with symptom relief/med mgt. when being evaluated at Med Express. Both APRN and RN were amazing. I'd choose this urgent care anytime...You won't be disappointed...thorough, caring, professional...
I had to take my 2 year old son in last week. Beautiful facility. The nurse was fantastic! She did a quick strep swab, checked on us frequently and was so good to my boy. By far one of the best medical visits I have had. We need more nurses like Heather! They even called to check up. I would recommend med express to any of my friends/family! Would love to get that nurse again. My son walked out with a smile, two stickers and a Popsicle! ��
