I love this place! Very friendly staff, no wait time, thorough examination, immaculate treatment rooms, super efficient treatment by very professional Doctors. And you can park right in front of the place - no long walk just to get in the front door. Biggest asset - it's right here in Haverhill. Not to mention that I feel much better today than yesterday when I went there. Keep up the great work MedExpress.
Woke up with a sore throat on a Saturday of a long weekend. The nurse and Dr. Hough were great! Was in and out within half an hour. If I went to the ER I know I would have been there for hours. I was given antibiotics for strep throat which needed 2 days to work. The strep I had was immune to that particular antibiotic (I cannot blame the doctor for this because who can know such a thing) so I went back on Memorial Day. No wait time. Very impressed with Medexpress urgent care! Everyone from check in to triage to the doctor were all very friendly and helpful. We didn't wait long at all. The facility is very clean and nice decor. The hours are so convenient. I will definitely come back if my PCP is closed and I need urgent care.
Quicker than the emergency room when the primary is unavailable. Impressed with all they could do onsite. My daughter was thoroughly looked over and had X-rays done onsite with little to no wait, which beats the unknown waiting on radiologist then the Dr. at a hospital to get an answer.
