Calling it express is a joke. My husband came to get a tb test/shot for work, it’s been an hour of sitting in an empty waiting room. It seems that all the employees are doing drive up covid testing outside and not paying any mind to the patients inside the office at all. A tb test is a less than 5 minute task, waiting over an hour in an empty office for that is ridiculous! This place definitely needs more organization when it comes to handling patients.

The front end staff is totally incompetent and have no clue about something like a blood test. I sat for 2 and a half hour waiting only to be told that my blood test couldn’t be performed because fed x came and went. Meanwhile when I called in on a Friday the person who answered the phone told me to come anytime before 6pm. After sitting already for 2 hours they had the nerve to tell me come back tomorrow. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I went there today feeling so sick from a bad sinus infection lasting almost 2 weeks. They were very prompt, polite, and professional while I was their patient. I also went on a Sunday afternoon, so very thankful for their convenient hours!! Thank You MedExpress for your service....not only am I feeling much better already but I will also recommend you to others☺️
What a joke went there from work with a comp claim they said I tore a tendon in my forearm and they would have to call to set me up with a surgeon now the next day my arm hurts even worse and it's 3 times more swollen then when I was there I call and tell them I'm still waiting for them to call and what is going on was told we will pull it up and call you right back 3 hours later nothing this place is a joke
If I could give zero stars I would. Had my son at the Weirton office for an infection in his foot. They did an xray and stated nothing was in his foot. Prescribed antibiotics and sent us on our way. The following we a piece of wood just under an inch long came out of his foot!!! This is not the 1st time we have had problems with this place. We will not be returning. Ever.
Be prepared to wait. Denied my physical because they didn't have background documents on me even though I could plain as day tell them my past medical history. Apparently they don't trust their patients. Waited 2 separate times for the same physical for over 3 hours. Waste of time.
