Service from check-in to being seen to check out was smooth and efficient . Dr. Chan is the best listen and explained everything thoroughly!
Every time I come to MedExpress, they are always so quick. I was seen, tests done, and I was diagnosed all within 30-40 min of arriving there. Dr St Laurent was amazing. You can tell she really cares.
I've been here 3 times over the years and always get exceptional care. They have better hours than others (open at 8 AM), are organized and efficient, yet compassionate at the same time. I've never had a long wait. It is also convenient to get prescriptions filled at the Martin's, located in the same shipping center. If it's urgent care I need, I go to MedExpress.
The entire staff was very nice, professional, and even joked around with me. I had a good experience.
It was ok. Had a broken ankle and damaged knee ascwell as askinned shiin from a fall Took care of that and explained what I had to do. Ankle was not fractured as Dr said. Gave me a temp half cast and boot and crutches. Orth when I went home TO FL next day said I don't need surgery. Dr good. Staff mediocre. When I initially visited it was 90 minute wait. Went back later and was seen sooner.
This place is an absolute joke. It is so unorganized and unprofessional it's rediculous. I'm getting my lawyer involved
