First off, the employees are caring and efficient and I have no complaint with them. That said, management has changed the way they handle Covid testing. It was chaotic. People arrive hours before opening time to get in line for a test, then find that they aren’t taken in the order of arrival. drove all the way there after talking to someone on the phone for testing within 15 mins of calling, they are out of test. what a joke of a place.

In and out in under 35 minutes! Everyone was so friendly and professional. The location itself is very (sick) patient friendly; face masks, Kleenex and hand sanitizer readily available in each area. I will always recommend this location and will be back, someone in my house is always sick. 😂
Excellent service. We got right it, saw the nurse practitioner within minutes. The respiratory therapist came in minutes after that. They treated us better than our primary care doctors office. We definitely recommend.
Just discovered this amazing Urgent Care today! Every single person I talked to was friendly and caring! I think this is the best experience I have ever had and want to thank the staff for being so kind and creating a wonderful environment that I won’t hesitate to go back to! The PA was great and didn’t make me feel rushed! Excellent Urgent Care, with great staff, short waiting time and in a beautiful and clean building. What more could you ask for?
I took my mom there and they took great care of her. The staff were all friendly and the PA had great bed side manners. They were patient and explained everything. Also, the facility is top notch and clean. Overall, we had a good experience.
