Very nice caring staff and Dr. In and out in 30 minutes.
It's a walk in. They promise to try and keep waits under 45 minutes. But I'm sitting in an exam room and it's been an hour that I've still not see the MD or PA. More annoyed they set a expectation and then fail. On the other hand, I was here with my partner a few weeks ago and she was in and out in no time. But we got here 5 minutes before they closed. 3 isn't a bad score. It's that I get they have a lot of (some needy) patients/parents and s*** rolls downhill. I came at a poor time.
In and out in 20 mins with antibiotics, couldn't be more pleased. Saw the PA in about 5 mins after check in, she listened to me and was very sweet. Exactly as an urgent care should be! Thank you!
