Actually the experience was very pleasant, the atmosphere, the staff! Never had stitches,it didn't hurt much, the nurse and the doctor were fantastic...I'll go Back!
The BEST! Customer Service, Nurses, and Dr. Daniel Chang were the friendliest and nicest people I have ever met in an Urgent Care Facility. Actually, some of the nicest to meet anywhere!!
Found the Doctor very kind but the wait was exceedingly long and I was later informed that FIRST MED on pantops would have charged me as if it were a PCP. My insurance copay at med express was 75 dollars
The staff is very friendly and work quickly! I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend.
I have been to this place a few times not just for me but my daughter too. The staff is so nice and I never had to wait long. I recommend going here instead of the ER if it's a non emergency.
