They were all so kind & efficient there ,, I would recommend this place to all who need to be seen in a timely manner if you can't get to your regular Dr.. The male nurse I saw there was so great & a sense of humour was awesome too! Felt like I had been going there for years.. Very pleasant experience!!!!!!!! Thank you so much Med Express!!!!!
my daughter was seen at medexpress yesterday. wonderful experience. friendly staff and the doctor was so kind and funny. When we got home she asked if Dr. Mark could be her regular doctor! definitely would recommend medexpress.
My son had a sore throat and earache. We stopped in and we're greeted immediately and saw the dr within 10 minutes. They were fast, funny (at a Dr office?!?!?) And professional. This was the best experience I've ever had at the doc.
The front office staff was very welcoming and professional. The office is absolutely gorgeous. The doctors and nurses made my daughter so comfortable; she really enjoyed interacting with them.
Great experience. The "first visit" check in was speedy. Got in to see Nurse and Dr. right away. The staff were engaged directly with me and I didn't feel like they were trying to push me thru the visit so they could get on the next. This is a much needed service in our area. Thumbs up!!!
I seriously wish I could use them for my general practitioner. Everyone here was awesome. They were extremely friendly and the wait was minimal. Most importantly, unlike a lot of the other places around here, I didn't feel like I was wasting their time with my ailment or trying to rush me out of the door "for someone with bigger issues." They haven't been there long but it's obvious everyone there loves their job and that makes such a huge difference. Thank you and keep being awesome!
This was an amazing place in (Cloquet MN) I was so impressed ate the quick check in and being seen by the Dr. The Dr was the best he worked at Mayo/St. Mary's, my son goes to the Mayo and had his surgeries at St. Mary's that was amazing to feel so comfortable with a Dr that understood. It's a nicer place than waiting at ER at Hosp or trying to get in clinic, thank you !!
