They billed my insurance card with the wrong information and I find out 2 years later and have a billed unpaid on my account and they will not take the bill off my account making me responsible for their mistake!!!! I have called for a year now only to be treated like I’m stupid and didn’t provide the correct information when I gave them the correct information at the time of service. They are rude and arrogant.

I've been to this Med Express a few times and I've had NP Ashley Denning and she is such a wonderful NP!!! I absolutely love her!! she's always so cheerful and happy, super easy to talk to, friendly and really listens. All the staff here and super friendly and cheerful. it is definitely not an uncomfortable visit at another dry clinic. and no mattrr hoe many people are there, you hardly have a long wait! They were wonderful to My mother, and considerate to me
I couldn't have had a better experience! The initial wait, check-in, triage, exam, genuine concern, diagnosis, & overall professionalism shown were far beyond my expectations for medical services of any type at any level. It was also the 1st place of business I have walked into & found every employee from first to last with a positive attitude & willing to help in a very long time! What a great team!
