The receptionist tried to be a doctor and tried diagnose me with covid, after I told her I was there for a tick bite. If you’re looking for any medical help other than covid, Medexpress is not interested in helping you. I recommend Falcon Urgent Care in Cranberry Township. They will actually listen to you and and treat you for what you came in for. Medexpress was awful. I’ll never go back.
RecommendedThe Mars team does a wonderful job keeping up with the crazy demand! They truly are such caring, hardworking individuals. Alexis was wonderful throughout the times I came in for my preemployment visits. I applaud the whole team for all that they handle on a daily basis and the sacrifices they make so the community can be seen. Thank you, you guys are superheroes in scrubs!

The staff was polite, but I am now going to walk around for a week with a broken wrist with no splint or pain medication before my specialist appointment, and they did not seem bothered by that in the least
The front desk staff is always pleasant and fast. However, I've been there a few times and will NEVER go back. I went in today after being sick for a week (after having bronchitis 6 weeks ago and taking 2 visits and 2 co-pays in 4 days to get a set of antibiotics), running a fever for 24 hours and coughing uncontrollably to have the doctor tell me it was probably allergies and I should try some Flonase and honey. If I wanted home remedies I would have called my Grandma for free.
The staff was decent.. thought I am not thrilled that they pushed for my SSN and to put a credit card on file "for things that insurance doesn't cover". BUT, my biggest issue is the doctor came into the room with her mind made up, did not listen to what I had to say, did "not want to write a prescription because it's probably viral". Then said she was going to write me a prescription but "want you to hold on to it and not fill it until 12-14 days. She wrote another script to handle one symptom but ignored the symptoms that o... read more
The wait was very reasonable. The staff, very friendly. The doctor was very personable and kind.
