I turned up there, filled in the form, and that was that. You didn't need to make an appointment, which meant it was extremely convenient given the irregularity of my schedule.

I was really worried when we went, but the staff made the whole thing seem swift and easy to handle. They gave a clear explanation of each step, which stopped me from feeling confused. The entire process was both very fast and careful about my privacy. I would advise people to ask questions in advance if they are going to visit. In the end, it proved to be a lot easier than I had expected.

It was easy to make an appointment, the wait was minimal and the environment was very clean. The staff looked after all the arrangements with a high degree of professionalism and managed to make it as comfortable as could be. I would recommend it.
