Such a joke. I had a tele appointment today. The doctor called me and asked if the text went through which it didn't. They were going to email the link. The link didn't come. I called back the guy said the doctor couldn't be reached because they were seeing another patient even though I just spoke with the doctor. I am so sick of the unprofessionalism. I am really looking for another place. The quality has gone completely down. It is a shame.
This place is horrible poor time management, they have you arrive 1 and half early for NO REASON, they have no care or respect for the patients, ITS All ABOUT THE MONEY FOR THEM ,we as patients don't mean nothing them ,how are they making us come here ,we here before the staff or doctors being dropped off with there transportation department, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
