A great team of people works here
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Do yourself a favor and go with someone who is responsible and respectable!!!! The only reason they got a star is because they wouldn't let me submit it without ANY!!!!
This home health and hospice provider took excellent care of my sister, Glenda Joy Satterwhite when her cancer took a turn. They were attentive to not only my sisters' needs but also to our family. They were informative when she started, went through and graciously ended her transition. I can only say greats words about this agency. Even the after care and concern for us has been outstanding. I would definitely recommend Tri County Home, Home and Hospice Services if you are in need.
the therapists are great, there staff at the office are mean at best,cruel and no compasion is the crud buster on the phone on 7/5/12 she must be fired

Awful company! Not a real Hospice, crazy people who work in the office & administration and director of nursing are unprofessional, unprepared and liars. They do not know what they are doing & the patient and the family suffer. This company should be closed.

The OT in 2010 that treated the surgical replacement of my shoulder was fantastic and the P.T. and nurse that treated my knee surgical replacement in 2011 were excellent as well. I have and will recommend Caretenders to my family and friends . They helped me so much on the road to recovery. They were caring and very professional.
This hospice, and the individuals involved, were the most efficient, caring, decent, trusting souls, and took the finest care of my father before his passing. My family is forever indebted. We cannot imagine that anyone could find better care in a time of need than Northern Arizona Hospice. Sincerly, Thomas C. Mc Collum III
