The intake nurse came out for an assessment of my daughter after she came home from spending 12 days in the hospital with Covid pneumonia. She was on oxygen and couldn’t even get to the bathroom on her own! The nurse said she would need to be seen 2-3 times a week by a nurse and that she also would need physical and occupational therapy which had been ordered by her Dr. That was on May 12. Thanks to PT, Chris Skowronski, my 71 year old husband is walking without a walker or a cane after only 2 weeks and 2 days from Total Knee Replacement. From the 1st session, Mr. Skowronski had him doing weightbearing exercises while standing and sitting rather than in the bed. As a result, muscle strength and range of motion is remarkable!
