Extremely frustrated. OT promised to reach out after initial visit with my mom. She did not. I had to contact her. Nurse laughed when I told her my mother was fearful of bathing. OT won’t visit to start therapy until almost two weeks out from discharge because the person is out of town aka on vacation. The need for OT is urgent. I called and was promised a call back with a solution only to not get a call back. Extremely disappointing.
I’m loving the service that CAREtenders has provided. Clear & precise communication. Timely service. Today, Sam visited and “untangled” my confusion regarding the “plumbing” aspects of wearing a catheter. My confusion was “overflowing”. Sam provided the best service ever, giving me a clear understanding of what was needed. Her thorough questioning and her clear resolutions turned my situation away from frustration and towards a satisfactory handling of catheter mechanics. Every single person who came to me was beyond wonderful. All the office people were great too! I was put into a health situation by surprise and they have helped make me feel better physically and emotionally! I highly recommend them.
