I came to Medens for testing. I am glad they did not take a long time to schedule as I needed some documentation for school. I had an intake over zoom and came to the office for the test. I was assigned to Dr. Mindia, I had a good experience. I recommend them for mental health services.

It took two days just to book a consultation. After being asked to complete two separate intake forms, I was then informed that the therapist I had originally requested wasn’t even available. On top of that, I found out in-person sessions weren’t an option, even though that was important to me from the start. This experience felt disorganized and dismissive of the preferences I communicated.

Therapy That Truly Makes a Difference I've been in therapy on and off for years, but finding Medens Health has been a game-changer. My therapist is empathetic, insightful, and always brings a balanced, evidence-based approach to our sessions. I feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.
