I sent an urgent property request to David to see if it would be a good investment. Since the property was close to David's house, he drove to the property while we were on the phone and he FaceTimed a walk-around inspection of the property. He scheduled a showing of the property later that week with a recommended home inspector. Reviewing the sellers discloser and making the purchase agreement was efficient and all online.
