I was stressed about getting non emergency but definitely urgent care for my 93 yr old mom. The staff could not have been kinder. They were so efficient and really listened. They accepted her Medicare. The facility is spotless. I told them they made my stressful weekend much more peaceful. The elderly are often ignored and their needs dismissed. MedCove were A+ in every area of compassion, attention, and timely care. Thank you
Used for urgent care. No discharge papers, had to call 3x to get an antibiotic for my daughter sent to pharmacy, they then sent the one antibiotic I had JUST told the nurse practitioner she was super allergic to, had to call 3 more times to get that one sent to the right place… should’ve known better than to go to somewhere that had Botox listed as a service
Staff always changing in back office. Female midlevel takes a long time to see patients, which is unusual for an URGENT care. Paid cash 150 for visit. And additional 100 dollar for lavage of both ears. MA did not know what she was doing. Had to go to another urgent care for proper lavage days later. Please hire experienced and efficient staff.
