I absolutely love this place. The nurses and staff really are respectful and care alot. Caryn the nurse who works at the location in upland is great. She really cares about her patients. She went above and beyond for me by making me feel like my health was important She ordered stuff that she felt like I needed to make sure I was treated correctly. Shes soo sweet and caring something that we need more in the medical industry. Thank you Caryn I definitely will come back. God bless you you are very appreciated
I was seen due to an urgent situation that just could not wait another day. Everyone from the front desk to clinicians were true professionals. Despite being in pain and not entirely focused I felt seen, heard and in capable hands the entire time. The facility was clean and organized. The staff worked seamlessly as team and went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything.
Today is the third time I’ve attempted to go to this urgent care. Every time I go there is a sign posted that they don’t open till 1130 now, or they’re closed because they are shortstaffed. I will never be returning to this Urgent Care because I can’t count on anyone being there.
A week after my visit they called stating I need a different medication. I returned call within 10 minutes and no one is able to give to speak to me. They will not release my information unless I play phone tag with them. I was on hold for over 25 minutes. Very inconvenient considering they have already received payment from me.
Waited 45 minutes for care just to be told my insurance isn't accepted outside of San Bernardino county while their location is in San Bernardino county. Waste of my miserable life
