Great service! The office is clean and organized. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would recommend to family and friends as we didn’t feel rushed, they answered all our questions and made sure we left the building with an appointment to an orthopedist they referred us. 5 stars for sure 😄
The NP here is amazing! I have never received such kind and caring medical care. I will never go anywhere else. Precise,professional,punctual. What an amazing experience!! Keep up the awesome work. The world needs more clinics like this.
My friend came in thinking she may have a concussion. The receptionist looked at her like she had 3 eyes and sent us to the hospital. Horrible hospitality and horrible medical care.
The in day appointment went fine. The staff felt very polite and helpful. My issue was I emphasized finances were a concern, was told it would be x amount and then received a bill from the lab a month later. I feel like that should have been communicated that it would happen the day of rather than just sending a bill. Especially when I said I only wanted the labs performed if it was within budget! An extra $500 was not a part of that budget! Edit: They called and helped take care of it. Such sweet people
I walked in with a pretty severe case of poison oak/ivy and the nurse practitioner was so very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back if I’m ever in need for urgent treatment. Highly recommended!
