Bright and clean clinic. Staff was very pleasant and efficient, and service was quick as a walk-in.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, especially for services, but I feel this needs to be addressed. The walk-in system based on appointments sounds great in theory, but in practice it doesn’t work. They are scheduling clients every 5 minutes, even though the doctor can realistically only see 3–4 patients per hour. As a result, I waited over an hour for my appointment. This defeats the entire purpose of having appointments. If the clinic cannot handle the current volume, they should book fewer patients to reduce wait time... read more
I don’t recommend Dr Hunaina Mirza. Unprofessional. Gives you the feeling that she just wanna go to the next patient forgetting that you’ve been waiting for over 30 mins.
I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, and the team took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and easy to get to, with a convenient location and plenty of nearby parking. Overall, I’m very happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
