My orders have always been accurate, if you can get through on the phone line, or online. My waits on the phone have been over an hour each time, and when I press the number to leave a callback number, it tells me that is not available and says it'll answer my call in the order it was taken. But each time my time has gone up after trying to leave a number. So I go to online and it tells me all the representatives are busy helping others.
