Avoid this company at all costs. They refuse to bill your insurance comany then they send the bill to their attorney to collect the money. They refuse to talk to you.

This organization is worse than terrible. Beware. Always there to sell you something. Never there when they bill you incorrectly.

Always a problem trying to get my c pap supplies. Always trying to bill me , when my insurance covers it 100%. If you enjoy being frustrated , and getting the standard excuse list for any question or problem , then MedCare is for you. Had to have my insurance company call them to get this straightened out. And I'll have to do it again next time , because it's a given that they'll screw it up again ...

Worse company ever. The problem is always YOU not them. I had autopay when they typed the fourth months auto pay incorrect turn credit agency. STAY CLEAR

Do NOT do business with this company. NEVER give them your credit card they are charging other peoples equipment on my card and wont stop. I have had to dispute the charges and have them marked as fraud. beware!!

NO STARS. CANT REACH THEM ON PHONE. Took our order and PAYMENT but didn't place our order. Respiratory necessity should be a priority but doesn't appear to be in our case. Told it would be 10 days or longer due to holiday. Need it asap but..... told supervisor would call, never happened.

Avoid doing business with this company. They will charge your credit card for equipment that you do not order.
