I first visited this clinic because they advertise their family doctors are accepting new patients. The first few visits, I was only seen by their PA but the prescriptions were issued by a doctor without me meeting them. I had a meet and greet with their male doctor (Dr. Pelaccia) after a couple visits. They later advised I could join the practice of their female physician. Front desk staff stick me for a blood test and she was so rough now my hand has a red scar from the needle. I did previous blood test here and each went smoothly and gentle but this last time was absolutely horrible.
Excellent walk-in experience. I visited MedCare Clinics inside the Walmart at 500 Copper Creek Drive because both of my ears felt blocked and uncomfortable. Sadhika was patient, caring and highly professional. She listened carefully and clearly explained the treatment options and possible risks. The attending female doctor was also very friendly and helpful.
