They never pick up the phone when you call for an appointment and when you go there, the clinic is empty with no one waiting there. I have been to this clinic at least 5 times and I have not seen a real doctor once, every single time, it is a different doctor assistant.
Dr Urvashi never available for patients never met in person even if appointment booked they do not know what is the case we have to explain everything and everytime we go in person Absolute disappointment nocoordination amongst the staff blame game going on and simply wash their hands off Utter disappointment God save the patient how are they handling. Total disappointment I don't know why did I move here. Definitely changing my doctor. Donot choose this for your family doctor
Had an appointment with the doc was asked to do fasting Instead of the main doc an assistant works blood work for magnesium cannot be done so I should be going to either Dyna care or lifelabs. Which was a Sunday closed. I asked why you cannot do it in Walmart answer they will poke you there and we will here so why take 2 pokes when you can get it done for 1. I have been seeing the doctors here for over half a year now and most of the experiences were decent.
had an appointment booked for Sunday drove all the way from Oshawa in a snow storm got there was told the technician for doing blood work would not b there that day. the young girl at the front desk didn't know wat to do. very dissatisfied with this place
