I had an appointment that was critical for me to keep. They were booked and had no openings. But, David, the owner worked hard and worked it out perfectly! I was shocked! No one ever goes above and beyond like that to make sure you get to your appointment. Just the answer of being booked and there’s nothing we can do. Not at Medbridge! Transportation service was great. I was overcharged for the trip and contacted their customer service representative for resolution. Individual was not very customer friendly, in fact, rude during our conversation. It took talking to the owner to rectify the double billing issue.
Very pleased! I cannot honestly say I have "used" this service, because my first attempt was to schedule (from half the country away) a doctor's-visit wheelchair transportation for my 96 year-old mother. When the kind and patient driver arrived and tried to help the caregiver get Mom into the wheelchair, she refused (due to pain) to be moved. I have used other transport services and no other compares. Dave was very courteous and let my wife know what he was doing every step of the way ans was a very safe driver. I will be using Medbridge for all my transport needs in the future.
