TLDR: Lived in one of their properties, management can’t even prevent theft in the buildings mailroom or garage yet KEEPS RAISING rent My husband and I have lived here for over a year. When we moved in, it was affordable for the location, esp since we are in the basement unit. However, since we’ve lived here, there’s been endless thefts of mail, packages, and even bikes.
