If you’re trying to be a new member they have plenty of customer service reps, however if you have questions about your coverage you’ll be left on hold forever. Terrible customer service. We used to have good customer service but nowadays they just don’t seem to care about customers.
Update: Medavie lost documentation I submitted for life insurance coverage. In the original documentation there were no health issues. After months medavie told me they hadn’t received the documentation and therefore they had lost it. I was requested to submit updated documentation. Health conditions changed over this time, and now the application was rejected. If they had received the original documentation it would have been accepted.
