Chef Hannah Grace provided a private chef experience for my bachelorette and it went AMAZING. From the communication leading up to the meal, the collaboration, and the onsite expertise I can't recommend Chef Hannah Grace ENOUGH. The food was incredible and was able to accomodate several dietary restrictions while still creating a memorable and delicious meal that everyone could enjoy. I will absolutely be reaching out to book again - if I could give 6 stars I would!
We used Hannah for a bachelorette party in Niagara and she was so wonderful and accommodating! She helped us switch around the menu and worked with our budget to find food options that worked for our vibe! We had oysters, burrata, steak bites, the most tender Brussels sprouts and a light lemon panacotta to finish off the evening. The care she took in preparation and presentation did not go unproved. We had an amazing dining experience with Hannah Medalla last weekend at our Airbnb in Niagara on the Lake. It was a surprise for my husband’s 70th. Hannah and I worked out a special Asian inspired menu. She was wonderful to work with. Her cooking, presentation and sweet touches such as flowers and fresh lemons on the table, made the evening so fantastic!! Thank you Hannah!

Was so lucky to have been able to find out about Hannah, very skilled chef who puts so much love to her work. She catered to 70 people at my son’s 1st bday party. Served quality fresh Filipino food. I only ever had compliments about the food. The guests loved everything so as our family. Hannah is very professional, punctual and communicative. I will definitely have her cook for us again! Very very proud that she is a Filipino. ❤️
