This place (90 and SE Stark apartments)has rats in the storage/laundry area. People also stole some of my stuff that was in storage. I have always gotten my full deposit back when renting. They charged me a $100 cleaning fee when I left the place cleaner than when I moved in. They also charge you for normal wear and tear on the apartment.
