The front desk clerk, Laura, welcomed us and answered all of my questions. We were seen by PA Rya Lawrence, who was very thorough with my daughter. We highly recommend Medac Urgent Care Monkey Junction.

I love when I go to the doctor because I've had a sore throat for going on 10 days.. and they just tell me to keep doing what I am doing. No meds to help. Nothing. I just want to sleep. I expressed that I was unhappy because it was a waste of money and time and they offered no relief. "Oh but at least you don't have strep!" Gee. Thanks. I will just keep coughing up blood cause it is my favorite past time!
They are fucked up. Go to the hospital instead, where they actually give a crap about patients.
I have been twice recently and seen by two of the PA's... Michelle and Paula. Both listened intently and were personable, knowledgeable, and caring. Nurse Amy was also kind and attentive. The front desk attendants were very pleasant both times. This was a whole lot quicker and more thorough than my regular doctor. I will definitely use again for my family's non-emergency needs.
I loved this place!!! Everyone was so friendly and sweet which is totally not normal for a doctor office to me.
