Terrible service and rude. I came in to take a Covid test. The staff was rude and cold. I even had to ask the assistant to be nice because she was so snappy and rude to me. The doctor that came in thay took the test had a lack of sense of humor was cold not very nice very nice. It was shocking. I will never to go there again and I have decent health insurance to boot.
While there were few people in the waiting room, there was still a 60 minute wait. The staff was friendly, but the P.A. Michael Darius was horrible. He didn't introduce himself, use my name, or even look at my chart until he was in the room. He never mentioned my significant medical history or current treatment, and never let me finish a full sentence about what was going on. He didn't care to ask what I may be concerned about. Blk Men Don't even waste your time these Crackers aren't going to help a Brother. I need XRays & MRI's Skull cervical spine and lumbar spine. I'm in Severe pain and PA gives me ibuprofens No XRays, MRI's or physical therapy. Hire some Blacks Mexicans & Asians. Another Racist white supremacist medical establishment. Big Disservice to the community. On a 1-10 this place gets Zero my White Friend got all his pain meds plus some on the same day he went in the mourning and told me about the place. Good place to go if your doctors office is closed. They can do stitches, X-rays, anything the ER can do.
I have been to Med 7 urgent care a couple of times each time I have had superior care and when my need exceeded what they could handle there they were great about getting me set up at the emergency room for a quick entry and continued great care.
Avoid if possible. Crowded. Lack sympathy and very slow to provide service to suffering clientele. Uggj
Love how professional the staff are and how clean the facility is. They always take good care of you and follow up too. Dr. Kraft is the best!
The wait can be a little long but when I didn't have health insurance I was able to go in and get the vaccinations and physical that I needed for my Pharmacy Certification.
