RecommendedYes , I've used Med Shop for over 10 years plus ! The service is prompt and the Staff always caring and helpful.
Professional, courteous, fast service
RUDE!! Tried to call, they picked up the phone and hung up. Called back and got a very rude woman that answered that didn’t have any idea what I was talking about. Basic bandages, and she’s clueless. So instead of taking the time to understand, she just said, “nope, don’t have that!” I said okay, and she hung up on me. Talk about a great way to lose customers.
Their customer service is truly impressive!! They assisted my elderly mom in such a caring way. Dee Hollis and Jan Downing took the time to go over all the details thoroughly. I highly recommend the Med Shop.

Med Shop Total Care has always given me the most professional and " happy to help in anyway they can" Service! I'm greeted with a smile and they are extremely helpful with answering all my questions. If you haven't checked out their line of Vitamins ...you should! They even offer an excellent Delivery Service!
Best group of professional, caring people!
The staff rudeness towards my husband was totally unacceptable. We were attempting to get equipment for my mother to go home from the hospital and was not helped in any way. The staff was unresponsive to our case worker and my husband. As a nurse, I’m disappointed and will no longer be referring my patients to use your company. Thanks to Rotech for making it happen yesterday evening and for even staying late so we could pick up what was needed for my mother to go home.
Veteran’s beware. The Med Shop will not take Tricare as a primary insurance. Unless someone is on Medicare, who would have Tricare as a primary!! This should be illegal for providers to not take the insurance for those of us that served in our country’s military.
