I've been going here for years and always paid my bills but recently received a threatening letter (during these awful times with the corona where people are losing jobs and have no income by the way!) that claims this is their 3rd time sending me a notice (it's not! it's the 1st) and that if I don't pay the high amount that I can't afford right now, that I'm no longer able to come back and they will send it to collections. The amount that Med Plus charges you on a bill is un real and they don't even put the bill in details, they just harass you and tell you how much you owe them and pay them now, never been back since.

The provider told me I should go to an ER to be treated for my migraine, when I have been treated there for a migraine before. I had already taken my preventative medicine twice during the week. I sat there crying because I was in so much pain, I was dizzy, and nauseous to the point I hadn’t been eating... and once I told the provider that I was seen there before BY HIM, then he treated me. Great experience, arrived kate at night, staff was friendly and understanding. Doctor was fantastic and took the time find out about my history that led to this injury. I loved the experience even though I was in a lot of pain. These folks have a great operation going!!
I was told on the phone it would be $60 to get in. I got there and it was more. Then it was an extra $80 just so the doctor could tell me "it looks like the flu". He continued to try to sell me $100 medicine even though I told him I couldn't afford it. If you're uninsured, I would suggest sticking to over the counter medicine because the charges are not worth it. This place is a ripoff.
Everyone was really nice and caring
Great place to go when your medical doctor is closed. We didn't have to wait very long to see the doctor.
