Very unhappy. Would not personally recommend this place to anyone.
place is gross, staff is incompetent, nobody ever answers the phone, homeless people frequent the outside, zero security, i wouldnt send my loved ones here. shady clinic
Staff was very professional, kind and always treated me with a their face. Always attended to my needs perfectly great environment and time management ensuring each excessive was the right amount of time. Don’t let the rest of these reviews fool you they are old and after I read them for the first time I was a little scared when I booked my first appointment however the staff went above and beyond. Without a doubt this will be the only physical therapist center I visit.
The staff here was great and made the whole process much easier. I felt well taken care of from start to finish.
Filthy clinic. Cockroaches in bathroom. Girl in back looks like she's completely out of it. The assistant helping the doctor did not know at all what she was doing, I felt incredibly uncomfortable especially since she was handling needles on my body. Don't people need to be certified for this? Awful environment, messy, cluttered. Will be contacting BBB and my case manager. Place shouldn't be in business.
