I would NEVER recommend this place. They give the run around for months and now it’s excuses. I needed the walkers months ago. And they still can’t get it dealt with.
Had a great experience purchasing a wheelchair. From the original enquiry, to trial and purchase, Richard was always very prompt in responding and answered all my questions. They followed up to make sure the wheelchair set up was meeting our needs and quickly came to adjust the seat belt. Would use Med+ again.
Had a terrible experience with this company. If I could give zero stars I would. 1st Experience: I rented a bath chair due to physical injury. On the day that they were supposed to pick up the chair, they called and gave me a time frame (1-3pm). This distribution company did not come during the time frame and wanted to charge me for not being present.
