I purchased a Spring Tilt-in-space wheelchair for my hemiplegic father, and the the tilt-is-space lever (plastic) broke on the very first pull, rendering the chair useless. I contacted MedMart's customer service, sent then pictures and I have not reached resolution 4 weeks later. As a result, we cannot transfer my father to the chair, and it keeps him absolutely in his bed. Medmart Previous. ( Berkeley) has been providing services to both of my parents..over 25 yrs plus they been good to us to all are needs .only thing that they move cross the city to North side to a new location
