Don't bother booking an appointment online, because this clinic is severely understaffed. There was only one tech working when I arrived early in the morning, and they had to do the administrative processing of patients and do the bloodwork. As a result, the tech was overwhelmed and disorganized. Fellow patients were waiting for up to 30 minutes, even though, we all had appointments booked online. Receptionist has terrible customer service skills and sent me away for an appointment I made cause she didn’t want to put in the effort to call the doctor for a clarification

I just finished my placement here, May taught me a lot about the blood taking techniques and knowledge. She is a kind and helpful teacher. I am lucky to have her as my placement teacher. When I was doing my internship, I often heard patients say that when May drew their blood, they hardly felt any pain. Definitely recommend this lab to patients as the waiting time is not long too.

I had my blood test done here and was very impressed. The phlebotomist was skilled, gentle, and friendly—she found the vein right away, and the process was completely painless. At first, the receptionist seemed quite serious, but after a short chat, I realized she was actually very warm and had a great sense of humor. Overall, I highly recommend this health laboratories blood tests.
