Lab assistant May is really skilled and professional, and also super kind. She’s always nice to patients and makes them feel comfortable. She trained me for a few days, explained everything clearly, and shared a lot of useful tips. I learned so much from her. Thank you very much!!
If you need your lab results urgently, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. I came in for a blood test and the results were ready in a few days — but I couldn’t access them because they require registration, which takes one to two business days to process. This delay makes no sense, especially for time-sensitive health concerns. The system is inefficient and honestly very disappointing. I have my bloodwork and urine test here today. The lady that drew my blood did good job. I did not feel pain. She is kind and always ask me if I am ok? I use their booking system online and when I got in the clinic I did not wait too long. Thank You so much!
