Absolutely unprofessional. Avoid this lab at all costs. I am in my 50s and have visited many medical facilities, but Med-Health Laboratories is by far the most incompetent outfit I have ever encountered. I gave them two chances, and they committed severe, systemic errors both times: Critical Privacy & Administrative Breaches: On my first visit, they got my prescribing doctor's address/contact info entirely wrong. First time going to this lab as I needed a lab that could fit into my work schedule. It's a small clinic, but they're very efficient. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Results were accessible online in a few days. Overall, great first impression. I will be back for sure.
I went in for blood testing in the morning. The place is not crowded, I did not have to wait long, and the staff were quick and professional.
I had an appointment the other day and called to mention that I was running 10 minutes late - totally would understand if they wanted to reschedule me, but the receptionist told me that it was no problem at all, so long as I was there before 4:20pm. I got to the clinic at around 4:12, and they had already closed down. I drove 40 minutes to get there, only to have my time wasted.
