I went for my routine blood work as I am 6 months pregnant and have been giving blood samples every month without any issues at different locations. However, this time at Med-Health, my experience was very disappointing. The staff member who drew my blood inserted the needle very roughly, causing intense pain — I actually screamed. It also left noticeable bruising afterward. On top of that, her attitude was rude and unapologetic, which made the experience even worse.
