They never seems to answer the phone , called back to back days no answer
This is my second time coming in for a blood work and everything was FAST, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. Im amazed how fast she was and she was by herself. Came in today and the whole visit was done less than 5min! This is now will be our go to med lab.
I had to call them six times to ask them to send my blood reports to my family doctor. Worst service ever — I’m never going back.
Absolutely outstanding service! I was genuinely impressed by how quick, clean, and professional everything was. I’m usually nervous about blood tests and often have difficulty with them, but this time was completely different — I barely felt a thing! The process was so fast and smooth. I was helped by a sweet Asian lady who was not only incredibly gentle but also very calming and kind. She made the whole experience feel effortless. Highly recommend this lab for anyone looking for a stress-free experience!
I came 30 mins before my appointment and they were able to accomodate me. The place is clean and not busy. Their phlebotomist at that time is really good she was able to hit my vein in one shot and no hematoma which for me is good thing. forgot to ask her name, but she is Asian for sure. I knew she is good because there were instances that some phlebotomist having a hard time looking for my vein and have to try several times. She was good and it was fast, finished within 10mins.
