I always get my blood work done here, best place I've been to for my blood work. Hong is so professional and friendly and she's very fast.
Today, July 18, I had a very bad experience at this lab. I went the day before and took a stool sample. Today, when I went to hand in the sample, they told me that we don't do this test. Don't you check the test request form before you do the test? I told you that my veins are weak. You chose a student to do my test. He stuck the needle in me and kept turning it until he found the vein, but in the end he couldn't. You're telling me to go to another lab without taking any blood. What?!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been going to Hong for years for all of my blood work, and she is always wonderful. She is friendly, professional, quick, and efficient, which makes every visit a positive experience. Hong consistently provides excellent care and makes the process comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend her to anyone needing blood work done.
