Awful. Period.
I've been using this service for years now. I've had bad experiences but overall, the company has been pretty good to me. There is room for improvement. Some of the drivers are not good at dealing with sick people, luckily I'm not bad off, so this isn't a problem for me. I would recommend them.
Completely unprofessional and rude. Customer service and managers alike have been extremely rude in every interaction I have had with them. Rides are unreliable and workers get mad at you for calling to fix the problem. I am baffled at how any of these individuals have a job with the way they treat customers.
I'm a newbie . I am experiencing unprofessional behavior also. I'm going to "hang" for now.
The fact that you have to give a star is the second wrose part .. customer service is horrible . It’s always anger in their voice or they are quick to hang up in your face . by any means necessary if you can avoid dealing with this company I would do so ! You are better off walking , riding a bike , catching a bus , or paying a cab . I hate that my grandmother has to ride with them . But I am working on getting her a new transportation.
