Dr. Mannix & his staff are the best. They are very thorough, they take the time to listen and have always been able to get us in on short notice when needed. They have taken excellent care of my dog, Charley. I wouldn't take her anywhere else!

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Facilities are very nice and services are reasonably priced.
Our family had to say goodbye to our beloved Scottie. Dr Mannix had been caring for him through some really tough times. Rather unexpectedly, it became time for him to leave us. Jennie, Natalie, Erin and of course, Dr Mannix treated all of us with so much compassion. Shed a ton of tears that day, we all did, even the staff for that sweet old Scottie. That is the kind of people they are. The only animal hospial we will ever use!
was happy to find med city animal hospital after moving to rochester. the entire staff is friendly, patient, and thorough. i have peace of mind knowing our three dogs are under the best care. would highly recommend to anyone looking.

Worked with everyone on staff . Amazing . Personable , down to earth people . Won’t steer you wrong when it comes to the care of your pet . No pressure to spend more than you can . Appointments aren’t rushed. Gives you their honest opinion as if your pet was their own .
My dog became suddenly very ill after receiving immunizations at another vet clinic. They would not see him back at the other clinic as they were “too busy”. I actually thought my dog was dying. A friend recommended Med City and they saw him right away. The care he received from all the staff was phenomenal. I honestly believe he would have died without their care. Follow up was great. Would highly recommend them. Thank you! Bailley and Donna
